I believe that the universal human tradition is connecting over great food. No matter what I'm cooking up, I bring warm, positive energy into your space and handle every detail so that you and your guests can experience the most important joy that life has to offer: connecting with one another.

I have over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. I was formally trained at the Apicius School of Culinary Arts in Florence, Italy and Ristorante Ganzo, a restaurant that innovated on traditional Italian favorites. 

Since moving to Los Angeles in 2008, I have worked as a private chef for a range of clients including celebrity actors, entertainers, CEOs and politicians. I have sampled cuisine across the United States and over 25 countries and worked for a number of years as a vegan chef. I pride myself on drawing from my diverse training and experience to create unique, bold food that is flavorful while still health conscious.

My first teacher was my grandmother who began teaching me culinary technique and old family recipes at the age of 5. Her favorite saying, "when you share the love, you get more back," continues guide me and my cooking every day.
